Our services include carrying out the desk top equipment and user set up audits, scoping and labelling. The initial pre-move audit is then completed when the engineer documents the set up and specific network configuration on each PC.

Experienced IT engineers, lead by a project manager then undertake the desk top equipment decommissioning and re-commissioning service.

Each user’s individual PC set up requirements can be achieved, as we take precise notes at each workstation, and pay particular attention to detail.

During the relocation process, desk top set up can be changed to suit; we can incorporate the rollout of new kit including TFT screen onto desk brackets, or install the CPU into a bespoke under desk management system.

All our works are completed in accordance with the latest Health and Safety guidelines, and desk top equipment peripherals and network cabling is routed neatly at all times using a range of cable tidy products. Printer mapping will be completed in the new environment to accommodate the required printer groups.

Desktop equipment is then tested post move to ascertain functionality and network connectivity.
