We are looking for full time PC Technicians / IT Support Engineers / Technical Support
ITCS (UK) Ltd is a specialist IT Computer Services company, trading out of South Wales, and growing at a rapid pace with offices in Bridgend, Maesteg & Llanelli. ITCS provide a wide range of IT solutions including consultancy, support & maintenance, procurement, web design, software development and training. ITCS specialise in flexible IT computer solutions, providing anything from the support of small networks, through to the development and installation of multi-site operations.

You should have:
- High working knowledge of PC technology and computer operating systems.
- Proven track record of achievement in problem solving in a demanding environment.
- Prior experience in a technical role.
- Experience in dealing with members of the public.
- The ability to offer friendly advice and support for all customers.
- Experience in completing PC health checks, installations, computer restore and repairs, upgrades, virus protection, software maintenance and additional services.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Location: Base Office: - Bridgend or Maesteg, Working on client site may also be required.
Working Days: Mon - Fri (37.5 Hrs). Occasional Saturdays may also be required.
