Delivery
Prices are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

We offer 4 shipping options:

APC Courier - For heavier items, insurance included.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Valueable items upto 10kg, insurance included.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - Small items upto £32 in value.
Royal Mail Standard Parcels - Items upto 20kg, insurance included (Allow 5-7 days for delivery)

We aim to despatch within 1-2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
For debit/credit card payments, we will only deliver to the address registered to the card used to pay.
If you wish delivery to an alternate address, then payment must be via cheque or bank transfer.

Returns

Consumers are entitled to return your item within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept returns if you firstly inform us in writing of your intention to return the item, the item is unused and unopened, and all seals are still in place. You are responsible for returning the items to us via a traceable delivery method and at your cost.

Return requests must be placed via our returns facility on our website, you can request to return a product via the relevant order in your account details.

We reserve the right to refuse items that have been opened or used, a 12.5% fee may be charged to cover inspection and repackaging of any items opened that we agree to accept. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Please note that ITCS does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

• Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products
  
• Opened memory, including storage devices such as memory sticks (but excluding disc drives)
  
• Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.)
• Electronic software downloads
• Software Up to Date Program Products (i.e., software upgrade subscription product)
