As SEO & Digital Marketer at ITCS Support, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s and our clients online visibility and brand image. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote our IT support services, and the services of our clients, including SEO optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage social media channels, and enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing result-oriented marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Creating and managing SEO campaigns to improve our website’s organic search ranking and visibility.
- Crafting engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Analysing marketing data and trends to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitoring and managing our online reputation and customer feedback.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.
- Create, setup, manage and monitor GoogleAds & Facebook Ad’s campaigns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and project management.
- Google Certified in areas such as Google Ads or Analytics, demonstrating a deep understanding of Google’s marketing tools and strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, content marketing, social media management, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Analytical mind set, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the IT industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
